Oddvar Espegren has Master degrees from NTNU Trondheim and UEA, Norfolk, England. He has worked for development organisations in several African countries and in Norway since 1983 in programme and leadership positions. Presently, he is the Director of CRN.

Gro Bøckmann Randby is co-founder of CRN and has played a vital role in building the organisation. Currently, she is information officer and project consultant in CRN. She is a graduated nurse from MSH College, and has a degree in agriculture science from Tomb Agricultural College. Gro has six children and a farm outside Oslo.

Kaare Skuland has Master in electronics from NTNU Trondheim, and a Bachelor in economics from the University in Agder. He has worked both as an engineer in the cable industry, director of a Norwegian NGO and founder and pastor of a church in Kristiansand, Norway. He is presently Office Manager in CRN.
